A quality improvement project to implement systematic screening for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and increase mental health referrals.


Using the the Colorado Maternal Mental Health Framework and the Perinatal Continuum of Care to inform Caring for Colorado’s strategic plan.

Providing services across the continuum of care for pregnant people and their families through prenatal home visitor programming.

Using online surveys to enhance our understanding of mothers’ experiences, circumstances, and needs in the postpartum and early childhood periods.
